Hello ok well I have four fractured transverse lumbar with an large pocket mass of liquid on back with pain to buttocks sharp burning type pain with tenderness to the touch down my leg along with a hard mass at my lower abdominal area with numbness an sharp pain down to my groin I had a ct scan an MRI

Noted your history and understood your concerns. Noted that you have four fractured transverse lumbar with an large pocket mass of liquid on back with pain to buttocks sharp burning type pain with tenderness to the touch down your leg along with a hard mass at lower abdominal area with numbness an sharp pain down to the groin and had a ct scan an MRI.
You have not mentioned the reports of the MRI or CT scan as this gives a proper diagnosis.
The fractures must have caused the hematoma formation and thus injury to the roots of the major nerves that is causing all the symptoms.
I would advise you in such a case to consult a Neurosurgeon for clinical evaluation, examination further tests and proper treatment which may be surgical fixation of the problems and the surgery for symptomatic relief.
