What Causes Numbness And No Blood Circulation In Hands And Feet?

I have no circulation at all in my hands and feet. They turn blue all the time and go numb. I think it is called ray-nodes??? how can I fix this???
I am turning blue indoors.. shivering all day for hours on end. My back is so tense and full of knots, and the shivering is making it spasm out. Help

Hello,

I have studied your case.

Possibility of thoracic outlet obstruction leading to vascular compromise.

Some medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain, you can take them consulting your treating doctor.
MRI and colour Doppler will help in diagnosis.

Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.
