What Causes Numbness And Blotchy Red Marks Around The Site Of Meth Injection?

I injected meth and I missed quite a bit. My arm is numb and just below the injection site are blotchy red marks. What is happening and should I go into the doctors? I also feel higher than I usually do and its been a long time with out coming down. What s going on?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have numbness and blotchy red marks around the site of meth injection . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like bruising occurs due to rupture of small blood vessels by the pricking needle leading to spillage of blood into the soft tissues and forming a HEMATOMA or numbness occurs due to injury or pricking of the nerve fibres by the pricking needle leading to numbness. You can apply Thrombophob gel at the bruised area for reducing bruising. Do alternate warm and cold compresses. Numbness will subside as the nerve healing will take place If condition doesn't get better then consult general practitioner for proper examination and treatment .
