What Causes Numb Hands While Having Sleep Apnea?

I have sleep apnea and am using a CPAP every night. Lately (last month or two) I will wake up inthe wee hours of the night with numb hands. They recover very quickly and the odd thing is, I m not laying on them blocking any circulation. What do you think is going on? I m 51 yr old female.

generally sleeep apnoea patient also suffered from metabolic syndrome. so u have to go foe lipid profile, random blood sugar, thyroid function test and in last u have to go for nerve conduction test.
