What Causes Nosebleeds During A Migraine Attack?

I have had migraines sense i was 9 , from time to time i have to go have a spinal tap done to end the pressure and migraine, for over a week now i have had a migraine that wont go away, and for the last few days and nights i have had nosebleeds , never happend with any other migraine i have had in the past, a few days ago i was hit on both sides of my head and that morning is when my migraine started and has yet to get any better.
