What Causes Nosebleeds, Blurred Vision And Red Spot On Temple After Injury?

Hi, my 10 year old son was kicked in his left temple and left eye area at school today. No loss of consciousness or vomiting. He does have a red mark on his left temple and smaller ones on his left eye lid. However, within an hour or so he suffered from 2 nosebleeds which he typically doesn t suffer from. He is currently complaining of blurry vision in his left eye (he can read from his right eye things that are blurry at about 3 feet which is not typical for him) and a bad headache that seems to be located in his forehead back to the middle of the top of his head. He has not had a nosebleed since he has been home. He is in good humor and otherwise seems normal. Should I be concerned or see how tomorrow is? Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the facial injury with bleeding per nose then it need to be sent for investigations and CT of head is advisable, ideally such case needs to be kept under medical observation for some time till it is out of danger hope this information helps.
