What Causes Nosebleeds Along With Headaches And Dizzy Spells?

Hi. For the last couple of weeks I ve been experiencing mild headaches with some dizziness. I also been dealing with really bad nosebleeds since the summer. It always seems to be from my left nostril that I bleed and I loose a lot of blood. Sometimes it take 30 minutes to stop the bleeding.

Hedache and dizziness with bleeding nose hypertension must be considered check your blood pressure if high take treatment for hypertension
