What Causes Nosebleeding During Bowel Movements?

Several months ago I noticed that when I bore down too hard during a bowel movement, my nose would bleed from only the right nostril..this happened perhaps 10 -15 times a week. Then on June 4th 2017 I had heart surgery and was in the hospital 10 days, to a re--hab center for 2 days and back to the hospital for another 2 days and during this time did not have one single nose bleed episode! Once I was home it started up again, starting first when I was on the toilet even though I was taking stool softener and natural laxatives so I would not strain...fairly soon, I started bleeding from both nostrils without any warning. The blood would just come pouring out. I figured out how to get it to stop within 5 minutes, thank God. During the past few days my nose pours out bright red, thin blood from both nostrils every single time I need to bend down or ever bend over just from my waist. I first feel a pressure in my head when bending over and then the blood comes pouring out. This home is not dry; I no longer strain on the toilet, there are no allergens of which I am aware and my nostrils are not dry. I am on Coumadin but my INR is steady and normal for me. I am on very many other medications but this started before I was. I feel my blood vessels should be cauterized but do you think there is a chance of a stroke if I get cauterized and the blood has no outlet but to the brain? I know this sounds like a silly question, but I d like to be reassured. My doctors want me to go to the ER to allow them to pack my nostrils....This to me seems to be a waste of time, since I can pack it myself to stop the bleeding but this is not a permanent solution. Can you give me some answers and what could have triggered this to begin with Thank you for being there for many of us...so much appreciated. Joy Ray YYYY@YYYY
