What Causes Nosebleed While Having Recurring Sinus Infections And Headaches?

Ive been getting recurring sinus infections for as long as I can remember. And I ve been getting horrible headaches recently. Atleast two a month. It s a sharp throbbing pain that feels as if my skull is going to explode. The last time it was so bad I almost called an ambulance. Each time they last over 24 hours and I end up vomiting. After I throw up when I blow my nose it s completely bloody. I m worried. I ve dealt with bad sinuses and headaches my whole life

In case of chronic sinus infection such symptoms are pretty much likely, some differential diagnosis need to be taken under consideration and for that it is better to get done the CT of brain, next condition can be managed with the medicines given below
1) Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid (dose according to age and weight )
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg twice in day
drink lot of water have hot drinks, be patience, everything would be fine soon, take care.
