What Causes Nose Bleeds?

For the past 2 weeks, I have been getting nose bleeds (only on the left side) (mostly in the morning after I blow my nose). Today, I woke up with a shooting pain in my ear (on the left), and a cloudy, clearish fluid has been dripping out of my left nostril a few times today. Also, the wisdom tooth on the left side feels like it is "trying to cut through", which I thought to be the cause of the slight pain, shooting pain in my ear, and a little sinus irritation. Could the nose bleeds be in correlation with my bloody nose?

Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Your nasal bleed could be due to sinusitis and the latter condition can cause the problem in the ear too. Do steam inhalation, drink plenty of warm water, use saline nasal spray and finally, avoid forceful blowing of the nose. Consult your doctor if your symptoms do not subside in a couple of days.

Wish you good health

Regards
