What Causes Nose Bleeds?
I have a problem that has been on going for months. I notice on my tissue when I blow my nose that I have a nose bleed in one nostril and this occurs once every week or fortnight. The mucus comes out in a dark red colour. I wouldn t worry except that it s only one nostril and also it s ongoing. We had the neigbour s house blow up a few months ago from a meth laboratory exploding. Even my daughter got a bit of nose bleed too but not any more for her. Whilst mine is ongoing.

watch your diet
make sure you are not eating too much of non veg, eggs, alcohol , heavy junk foods
make sure you are consuming plenty of fluids
Get x Ray nose and also consult ent doctor for internal checkup to rule out any soft tissue injury internally
