What Causes Nose Bleeding?

My left nostril has been bloody and feels strange (not exactly sure how to describe) for about a week and a half. I am often blowing dry blood out of my nose, as well as fresh blood. It is never enough to feel like a nosebleed, but it is very irritating. Should I be concerned?

Yes , this is a matter of concern and i think you should meet your doctor as soon as possible to find out the cause for bleeding and further treatment. please dont ignore and meet your doctor.
