Hi dear , As per your query you have foul smell and bleeding from your nose . Well there are number of reasons thet can be responsible for nose bleeding like sinusitis , a blocked or stuffy nose often caused by an infection such as a cold or flu , hay fever or other allergies or minor injury . It seems to me that probable reason for foul smell and bleeding is infection either bacterial or viral . I would suggest you to keep your head elevated while sleeping , take benadryl , maintain proper oral hygiene and consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis .
