Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM

Possible causes may be

1.Viral pharyngitis with rash with epistaxis.
2.nose bleed may be due forceful sneezing with viral fever.
3.dryness of nose with Meningococcal infection??
4.viral fever with thrombocytopenia with rash with epistaxis.

don't neglect this condition consult your doctor immediately. there is a possibility of meningitis (a septic or bacterial)
