What Causes Nocturnal Emissions?

sir i have to face nightfall thrice in a week. there is also some black heads forming at right side of penis. My penis when erected is curved( in know it is normal but) i feel more curve but not a bend like pyronies disease. I also have problem to excrete urine drops after urination about 1 min. I have become physically very weak and u may b astonished to study that my waist has been reduced to 29 from 36 within 2 years of 2010-12. i m worried about growth of black heads (1cm) and they r in number of 4-5. One month ago, there was only one but now ... they are increasing... is it an infection! i have never been masturbated in my life not more than 3-4 times. and i am doubtful to make intercourse for normal time ... There is vein looks clearly on penis that moves it bend towards other side. my wieght is only 49 in this age... and is not increasing kindly help

Dear service user,
Thank you for contacting Healthcare magic.
Night emissions or ‘wet dreams’ are normal physiological events.
Semen is being manufactured by genital organs continuously; it has to be expelled by some means.
This situation is just akin to a glass of full water to which you add more water, with the logical result that it overflows! This happens to semen too. If one neither has sex nor masturbation for long time, semen gets expelled in the form of wet dreams, which is normal.
Little curvature of penis is normal and has no relationship with sexual satisfaction of either partner. Hardly anyone has 90 degree erection.
Normally , penile skin is darker than that of other body areas. You may get it checked out by consulting a dermatologist for black heads.
Masturbation done in private alone or with partner is harmless and has no adverse health consequences.
Penis do have superficial veins on surface which is absolutely normal.
You are worried because of lack of required knowledge. I suggest psychological counseling.
I hope this will help you.
Warm regards and wish you good sex life ahead.
