My areolas color has faded to almost match the skin around it. My doctor says it s nothing to worry about it, but I don t like the way it looks. It s happened gradually over the past decade (I m 53) after a hysterectomy/oophorectomy so I assume it s hormonal. I liked the pinkish-brown color I had before. Is there any way to change it now? Don t really like the idea of tattooing...
