What Causes Night Sweats And Dry Skin After A Complete Hysterectomy?

I had a complete hysterectomy when I was 32. I m 65 now. I took Premarin 1.25 until 11 months ago. Now on estradiol. I m having night sweats, dull dry skin and hair( with some sort). No energy. Totatally opposite of how I felt on Premarin. Should I go back on?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Yes, this is an option since there is obviously hormonal imbalance and if there was better result with Premarin then it shoud reconsidered to have it back. Estradiom also may be given in various dosages so you can adjust your dose depending on your symptoms.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
