What Causes Negative Pregnancy Test Result And Late Periods?
In the month of August i had my menstrual period early august and late august.. And today september 4 i was schedule for an ultrasound for another cause but it results that the doctor said that i may have been pregnant because he saw something in my uterus that look like a fetus but i bleed about a week ago can i still be pregnant? but my urine test are negative.. I m i pregnant or no?? Im worried

After going through the description you have posted, it appears that you might have conceived, but since you had bleeding, it might not have taken up.
Hence your urine pregnancy test is also indicating as negative.
If you want to confirm, kindly get your blood tested for beta-HCG levels and ultrasound scan of pelvis, which would tell the status clearly.
