Hello,
You seem to be suffering from diabetic peripheral neuropathy which occurs in diabetics having longstanding uncontrolled diabetes.
Treatment requires...
Proper control of diabetes
Injectable VIT B 12 for few weeks.
Supplementation with VIT D
Use of medicines like DULOXETINE,GABAPANTINE,PREGABLIN etc for management of pain.
The best is to consult a diabetologist and get the proper treatment.
Thanks
