Hello and welcome to HCM,
Out of all the symptoms mentioned by you, change in voice needs urgent attention.
Change in voice is most commonly due to disorder or growth of vocal cord.
Thus, complete assessment of the vocal cord and surrounding structures is required to look for any growth.
As you have mentioned that the biopsy has been done and it is not showing any cancer, however, possibility of cancer cannot be ruled out.
Rest of the symptoms - headache and ear ache may be associated with primary disorder in the vocal cords or larynx or may be un-associated with it.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your ENT specialist for clinical assessment of the vocal cords and larynx again.
Relevant investigations - CT scan of head and neck region is required to look for any growth and nerve involvement leading to change in voice.

Thanks and take care
