What Causes Neck Pain After A Head Injury?
Hello, I was walking on the street, when a door opened and a man carrying a piece of wood struck me on the front of my head. Initially I had a slight bump which subsided with ice, but 7 hours later the back of my neck slightly hurts (like a throbbing pain). I also felt lethargic earlier today, but feel slightly better now in terms of energy. Should I be concerned? Thank you

Hi,
It seems that due to sudden hard hit there might be having some strain and spasm of neck muscles producing pain.
Take ibuprofen, paracetamol combination for 2-3 days.
If require take some muscle relaxaqnt medicine as well.
Apply analgesic, muscle relaxant cream on neck.
Ok and take care.
