What Causes Neck And Shoulder Pain, Numbness In Left Hand And Dizziness?
I have been experiencing neck and shoulder pains. At times, my left hand becomes numb and I don t get any feeling back for about 5-10 minutes. It usually comes with dizzy spells.I have been experiencing headaches and constipation. I am 43 years old. What s wrong with me?

From history it seems that there might be having pinched nerve pressur due to degenerative changes in your cervical spines.
Go for x-ray cervical spines.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy will be of much helpful.
