What Causes Nausea, vomiting And Headache After A Head Injury?

I fell backwards a couple of days a go and hit my head hard on the ground. I fell on the grass. I felt a strange feeling of vibration afterwards . I am still feeling a little nasueous but never have vomited. What should I do ? I still have a slight headache.

Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. According to your history, it seems that you had concussion. Because it can cause symptoms like light headedness, vibration, vertigo, sometimes behavioural problems for sometime.

As there was no vomiting, you are conscious, oriented and able to do some activities. It means the injury was not serious.

You can follow few tips
: Take best rest
: You can apply icepacks at injury site.
: You can take tablet Pantoprazole-Domperidone after proper prescription
: For headache, you can take tablet Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription.

Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
