What Causes Nausea,tiredness And Vomiting Sensation?
How long after conception can you experience pregnancy symptoms?I'm not 100% when my last period was but I am almost positive it was a little longer than a month ago. Me and my partner have been very active around the 17th of the month for a few days, having more sex than usual.
I'm currently on the pill but have probably only taken around 3 in the last month or so.
I have now been feeling nauseous for around 3 days now, and been trying to hold back the vomit, I am also feeling very very tired, although I am getting the same sleep as usual and not doing anything differently. I also feel I am urinating more often then normal.
I don't know if I am just paranoid and looking for signs, or can these symptoms appear this early if I was to be pregnant?

Since your last period is more than a month back, it is most likely that you have missed your period. With history of multiple sexual intercourses and taking only 3 birth control pills in the last month, missing a period should be considered as due to pregnancy unless and until proved otherwise. Moreover, you are suffering for nausea and vomiting also.
Urine pregnancy test can resolve your dilemma. However, this test gives reliable results about a week after the missed period; earlier it may report false negative results. You may try this test on overnight morning first urine sample. Alternatively you may opt for Beta hCG test on your blood 10 days after the last unprotected sexual intercourse. This test is very sensitive and specific and hence very reliable.
I hope this will resolve your dilemma.
