What Causes Nausea, dizziness And Cold Sweats After Local Anasthesia?

My 54 year old husband had skin cancer removed from his arm about 4 hours ago. They gave him extra local anesthesia to numb area. When he was leaving he felt nauseous, dizzy, cold sweats. 4 hous later not feeling very good. Is this a side affect of the local anesth? Should we be concerned?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the local anesthesia doe not cause any side effect except the anaphylactic reaction and that would be medical emergency, if your husband is having nausea dizziness then this could be due to some other reason, take care and have a nice day.
