What Causes Nausea With Vomiting?

My son has had periods of nausea, sometimes involving vomiting. They occur mainly in the morning and/or sometimes before, during or after driving. If he vomits, he feels find the rest of the dayl. Any suggestions on what this may be? His blood was tested and all his white cells came out fine.

Since you didn't mention the age of your son , not wrote about the duration of disease ( symptoms like nausea and vomiting) but these symptoms may be due to these reasons, these includes.
1 The first possibility is of Hiatus hernia or hyperacidity or chronic gastritis . Following measures may help .
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks. It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before your son lie down. To help control stomach acid one should not drinks with caffeine in them ( like excessive coffee or tea)or eat chocolates or spicy or greasy foods. Also give him some antacid but if symptoms ( severe vomiting ) are sever then he may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantoloc - D once or twice in day till complete relief.
2 The second reason of such symptoms may be anxiety or tension ( study or business ) , so try to find out the exact reason .
