What Causes Nausea While Walking With Exercise?

I am a 57 yr. old female who is 50 lbs. overweight. I have been exercising at a local fitness club 3 to 4 times a week now for the past 6 months. I generally feel great, do my best to eat healthy and I have a busy lifestyle. My problem: whenever I try to walk for exercise I begin to feel nauseated~~but other exercise does not affect me in this way. What could be the reason for this?

Dear ,Working out is supposed to make you feel good, but sometimes you can experience some unpleasant and downright frightening side effects like dizziness, nausea, or blurry vision .
The most common causes of these types of symptoms include dehydration, low blood sugar levels, overexertion, and quite possibly, heat exhaustion
I would like to suggwst you to Take good care to keep yourself well-hydrated and well-nourished! If you experience any of the symptoms .

It would be prudent to see your primary care physician to discuss proper evaluation and treatment

Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking , stress and Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity, so avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .

Meanwhile , take lemon juice with water and a spoon of stevia or honey and a pinch of salt and pepper .

Spices like ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. are good for losing weight. Drink ginger tea 2-3 times a day. It is also a good remedy for obesity. Try to eat 10-12 fully grown curry leaves & mint leaves every morning for 3 to 4 months . Mint tea also helps .

Can also take Homeopathic Gelsium 30 / 2 drops in 1/2 cup of water / 4 hourly /3 doses
