What Causes Nausea Vomiting And Pain In Abdomen?
hi I have been experiencing nausea,throwing up,cravings,mood swings and sharp pain in leftside of abdomen that comes an goes.i can barely button pants for work.i started spotting alight pink 3 days b4 expected period which turned brown but came down more heavy and red yesterday with cramping could it b implantation bleeding?

The way you describe the abdominal pain may due to periods and this is called dysmenorrhea.End all the symptoms you mention above nausea,mood swings and abdominal pain can be normal during this period of the month.
But you are right that some times the implantation of the fertilized egg in uterine wall can cause a light bleeding.
Implantation bleeding is simply defined as light spotting that may appear during the implantation process. The color of the blood will not be red, as with your period, but typically a pinkish or brownish shade. If you are bleeding heavy and red blood is less likely for that to be implantation bleeding.
In the case you suspect that a possible pregnancy has occurred you should do a home pregnancy test to exclude this possibility.
