What Causes Nausea, Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite?
I have constant nausea for over 3 weeks now. Can't tolerate any kind of food. The food tastes like iron when in my mouth which gags me and causes me to have dry heaves. If I swallow food it just comes back up. I've lost 20lbs in these 3 weeks. I have a dull headache constantly and I am very week.

I really appreciate your concern, here the infection needs to be ruled out and it could be hepatic infection and it is better to get done the concern test like live function test apart from this it could be due to digestive dysfunction it may be hyperacidity I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
