What Causes Nausea, Lost Appetite, Sharp Pain In Abdomen And Hip Bone?

I have been getting a sharp pain first near my ovaries and now its above my hip bone and around that area. When I press down I feel the sharp pain. I have nauesea and loss of appetite. I don t have a fever though. Could this be appendicitis or an ovarian cyst? Its been going on for about 4 days. Going to the doctors today.
