What Causes Nausea In The Mornings?

Hi. I ve been nauseous in the mornings and after food for months now, had gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and abdominal ultrasound (upper), also had all liver function, hormonal, endocrine, thyroid and full blood examination tests come back normal. The nausea is so severe especially in the mornings I find it difficult to work and am unemployed. I do have an anxiety and depression disorder, which I am still trying to find a treatment for. I tend to have severe reactions to many antidepressants- sertraline, agomelatine and cymbalta all caused extreme nausea, migraines, extreme insomnia for weeks. Cymbalta was the most recent- i was on it only for 3 days last week and felt like I couldnt breathe, was extremely anxious and agitated and didn t sleep for 3 days despite trials of Valium. by the end I called an ambulance because I was so anxious I believed I would die if I fell asleep. It was written off as an anxiety reaction and the med was stopped. However ever since I ve had continued extreme nausea, dizzy spells, brain zaps and uncontrolled jerking movements of my arms and legs (this seems to be improving though). The extreme anxiety and agitation is starting to fade away. In the last 3 days my stools have gone from brown to dark green, then vivid yellow, now they re like a grey/ clay/ light green colour. They are formed, though I have terrible stomach cramps and pains. I don t have a temperature. The nausea is a nightmare, though I m not vomiting. I have been to 3 different GP s over the last 3 days and all have said its just my body clearing out the Cymbalta after clearly not agreeing with it (though I only took the Cymbalta for 3 days and the last dose was 4 days ago). The doctor I saw today gave my antibiotics for suspected bacterial infection maybe gastro. But I dont have diarhoea or vomiting, that s why I m confused. I also seem to be coming down with a bladder infection (stinging when urinating) and a nasty sinus/ ear infection (lots of pain, dizziness, blocked nose etc) It just seems strange that I would develop all these symptoms of different infections- bladder sinus and bowel- right after getting so ill on Cymbalta. If it gets any worse later today or tomorrow I ll go to hospital. I ve never felt so ill in my life. Just I ve been to hospital before (twice) with strange severe abdominal pains/ nausea/ bowel problems and both times i waited in emergency for HOURs only to be sent home with an antacid.
