What Causes Nausea, Headache When Lying Down And Chronic Neck Pain?
I am having pain in my head every time I lay down. The top/back of my neck almost always hurts. When I lay down or when any pressure is applied to any part of my head, it hurts along with nausea. There is also considerable pressure around my eyes & sinuses. It hurts to move my eyes.

Well come to HCM
Such symptoms could be due to Hyperacidity of course this could be less common but can not be neglected Hyperacidity and condition can be treated tentatively with the following medicines
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
