What Causes Nausea, Excessive Belching And Flatulence?

I find that I often feel nauseous in the morning which can last an hour or two. I have really bad heart burn every day at some point. I am belching a lot, continuously for long periods of time and have excessive uncontrollable flatulance. I often have pain in my stomach and a rumbling feeling

Following is your treatment modality...
Take pantoprazole tablet to reduce acid secretion....

Drink more water and eat more fruits

Avoid excess spicy foods and heavy meals

At night while sleeping keep your head elevated...

Avoid excess tea, coffee, chocolate and smoking...

If improvement not seen than x ray or endoscopy procedure might needed for you to diagnose hiatus hernia
