What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Vertigo?

I woke up with servere Vertigo felt nausiated am subject to anxiety attacks , my son is having marital problems and wonder if this could be the cause. This is the first attack I have had it is very servere my head will not stop spinning . I do not have a temperature and my hearing seems fine, just very dizzy and nausiated. I am a 52 year old female my name is Kara, Thanks. I have not been to the Doctor should I go,I have no insurance but have some cash.

You might be having acute labrynthitis
It needs lot of fluids, labrynthine sedatives and rest.
Your gp might be able to treat as symptoms decrease over period of 4-5 days.
If not, detailed evaluation will be required by ENT specialist.
