General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Carla Huston
I really appreciate your concern
Looking at your description this could be due to Acid peptic disease like gastritis or peptic ulcer
Liver or gall bladder disease or gall stone
Colitis
worm or parasitic infestation

I would like further information to guide you better
Your age and relevant medical history
Do you feel pain in abdomen or diarrhoea
does it increases after taking food?

In my opinion you should take pantoprazole or rabeprazole group of drugs with antacids and domperidone for symptomatic relief
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Complete abstinence of smoking and alcohol
Have lots of fresh fruits and fruit juices.

Hope this answers your question
Thanks for your question
Wish you good health
