What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Along With Diarrhoea?

I ve had diarrhea, nausea and some vomiting for two days. It started with a slight fever but that seems to have resolved. I am not passing any blood. I don t know when I should worry and have myself checked by a physician. what should I look for in making this decision i.e. when to go and see a doctor?

Diarrhoea along wih nausea and vomiting and fevee is mostly due to gastroenteritis which may be due to food poisoning. Continuous diarrhoe may cause dehydration so better you consult physician and do investigation if needed. It usually requires rehydration.....normal flora restoration and antibiotics if indicated and other suppoetive treatment like antiemetics. If you dont want to go to physician then you can have a trial of tab. Ornof ( ofloxaxin 500mg+ ornidazole 400 mg) two times a day, with tab. Sporolac ,three times a day....and oral dehydration solution. And tab.domperidon if needed for vomiting.

I hope this will help you
