What Causes Nausea And Loss Of Voice?

I am nauseated all the time, I can t swallow food or pills easily, lose my voice if anything gets stuck on my vocal chords, take Prilosec and ranidadin for acid reflux, , no energy, seeing a gastro doctor, have had light put down my throat, nothing shows up, have a ph test scheduled for 5-17-17. Had triple negative breast cancer, bilateral mastectomy, chemo. Also it s very hard to urinate, feel like I have to go all the time, but only way I can go is to force it out. I lost 25 pounds, can t eat, but hungry. Also have IBS. Are these signs of esophagus cancer? Why am I sick to my stomach all the time?

Hello,

If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy, these symptoms could be the side effects of those medications. It would be very helpful if you could give me more details about your age, sex, any comorbid conditions like diabetes or hypertension, treatment history and medications that you are currently on other than Prilosec and Ranitidine. In the meantime it would recommend consulting an ear, nose, and throat specialist for your symptoms as you have already underwent UGI endoscopy. Try taking tablet Ondansetron whenever you feel nauseated. It should give you some relief.
