What Causes Nausea And Headache In A Child Undergoing Puberty?

My daughter is 11 and already going through puberty, we were in the kitchen I was looking at her face, she started complaining that her head hurt out of the blue, she got sweaty, then complained of nausea, about a minute later she crumpled to the floor, she moan a couple of time was really shakey her arms were moving, I shook her and got her to llok at me and she was crying, I got her off the floor and her was alright. She knows what happens, this is the second time, I was not aware of the first time. What can cause these systomps.

HI...I feel these symptoms are suggestive of migraine without aura...sometimes it happens frequently and starts at puberty. I suggest you see her pediatrician, get her blood pressure checked. Meanwhile you can give her paracetamol at the appropriate dose for headache.
