What Causes Nausea And Headache After A Head Injury?

I had a karate kick to the head-square on with nose shoving my nose up and back it to my head less than 3 months ago. I Had a CT scan and no internal bleeding. What I thought was a concussion for a total of three weeks healing until I felt normal again. Then I went and had orthodontic work done and am rethinking what happened. I am having the same symptoms that I had when I was kicked in the face. The symptoms are nauseous, headache but feels internally swollen in the frontal part of my head, and when I use my eyes to read or focus headache gets worse.
