As you are going through the last few weeks of your
pregnancy it is not unusual to sweat a lot in this condition due to
hormonal changes and high metabolic rate of your body , Sweating may also be related to climate , temperature a your physical activity
if your nausea is mild and occasional is not a serious issue , for this you should Eat small meals ,Avoid eating right before bed ,Try to avoid foods causing nausea , Don't take caffeine ,Get enough rest , Drink plenty of water
but if u have repeated nausea especially if accompanied by frequent
vomiting you should immediately contact your Obs/ Gyne
As you are so close to labor it is important for you to keep yourself ready for it and if you are having
severe nausea & vomiting with abdominal cramps immediately contact your Ob/GYn
