What Causes Nausea And Dizziness While Turning Head Back?

I get dizzy when i tilt my head back and when i turn my head side to side and when i lay down and when i lift my head to get up from a laying down position and i feel nauseous for a few minutes after each bout of dizziness. What could this mean? It happens a couple dozen times a day.

Welcome to HCM: Please note that you have BPV/Benign Positional Vertigo. It is related to little "stones" in your cochlear/ear that are not moving around as they should. You need to see a physical therapist that can help dislodge these, and you may eventually need meclizine to help with the symptoms if the maneuvers don't work. Good luck and take care.
