What Causes Nausea And Bloating When Suffering From Enlarged Lymph Nodes?

I had tb of the lymph nodes in 2011. I successfully finished my 9 months treatment. I have now been presenting these following symptoms. Nausea, bloating, abdominal cramping and constipation. I have had a Chest x ray which was clear. Ultrasound scan which showed and enlarged lymph node in the stomach and I have recently had a CT scan which showed several enlarged lymph nodes. Could it be possible that I have TB again?

which ranges from bacterial infections, certain viral infections, tumors also
* Evaluation of the reason is solely dependent upon thorough history taking,
physical examination , supportive Laboratory work-up , Radiology details
& Lymph node biopsy for confirmation of the pathological organisms.
* So you may / may not have TB again , needs extensive work-up in details
