What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting And Diarrhoea?

I think I may have food poisoning - or maybe a stomach flu - have been nauseous since @9PM last night - vomited around 11, then again at 12:30, 1:40, and 6:30 - at that time, diarrhea also started. Have had stomach cramping throughout. Many body aches. Temp is normally 97.8, is currently 98.8. Just wondering what do do? Haven t been able to drink many fluids - have had toast and about a tablespoon of rice mixed with same amount of applesauce. Is there something more effective?

History of your indicates that you are suffering from Gastro enteritis. It is due to food poisoning.
In Gastro enteritis there is Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal pain.
Treatment of gastroenteritis includes maintenance hydration. Take water in excessive amount. Take oral rehydration solution also. Wash hand with soap as many times as possible. It recovers by itself most of the time.
If diarrhea remains and dehydration develop then immediately consult a doctor.
