Hello,

According to mentioned symptoms bronchiolitis can be possible from provided options.

However, further workup needed in the form of a digital chest x-ray to confirm the diagnosis.

Additionally, CBC and CRP estimation also should be done. For infection, he needs to be prescribed an antibiotic course.

If bronchoconstriction reveals by examination than bronchodilator through a nebulizer can be prescribed.
