What Causes Nasal Congestion?

I develop severe nasal congestion when I over exert myself during exercise. My sinuses feel full, my nose runs like a faucet and I feel miserable for 3 to 4 days with no relief. Could this be caused from an immune deficiency? Is there a way to feel better sooner?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You should do running in addition to the weight lifting exercises.
When we lift heavy weights then the blood flow to head and face increases so there is congestion . The simple way is to run which helps in secreting adrenaline in body which is natural decongestant.
Decongestant will decrease the congestion and make you feel you better.
In doubt do reply.
