As per your query pressure in the sinuses along with clear discharge from nose on bending and pressure in ears and behind the eyes with plugging of ears and squishy sound from sinus.. Well, all the symptoms are indicative of sinus infection also known as Sinusitis and although you do not have congested nose but the symptoms are due to inflamed sinuses.. Clogging of ears is also due to fluid accumulation behind the ear drum and blockage of Eustachian tubes with the fluid build up due to sinusitis... You need a thorough evaluation of the sinuses and for this consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray of sinuses [PNS View], MRI scan etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be given a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti -inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, to reduce pressure and clogging of ears decongestants like Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline sprays can be advised.. Start doing steam inhalations and use a cool mist vapourizer in your room.. Do saline nasal irrigations and warm compresses around nostrils..
