What Causes Nasal Congestion And Persistent Cold?
I had a really long cold for about a week and I think it was a sinus infection. But the right side of my nose was clogged and I blew into a tissue really hard and a long strand of mucus came out, like it was stuck together and sticky, just a large string of it, this has never happened before so why am I experiencing this?

i understand your concern
1.it is the mucus due to your sinus infection or cold when dries up it will clog u your nose and will cause trouble breathing
2.use steam to thin out the mucus , drink a lot of water , hot spicy soups
3.take mucus thinners like brohexine or ambroxal and you will be alright
