Hello As you mentioned that you are having nasal blockage , headache, cold and receiving montek-lc i.e. montelekast+levoceterizine and flomist to open nose block. Usually these type of symptoms occurs due to bronchoconstriction caused by some allergic factors as mite, dust, pollen, mold, sudden fall and rise of temperature , humidity ( these are predisposing factors) . When some allergen enters into body they cause constriction in air ways rout as nose , trachea, lungs . Due to congestion your nose blocked and you feel nasal blockage . When such type of patient visit in my clinic I usually prescribe them MONTELEUKAST+ BAMBUTEROLE in combination pack i.e . tablet . Take these tablets once or twice in day till complete relief.
