What Causes Nasal Bleeding?

I have been having continuous nose bleeds in my right nostril every other day since April. I looked up my nose and it looks like I see a polyp in my right nostril. I have tried taking antihistamine to help with the bleeding and it has. But as soon as I don t take it the bleeding returns. What shall I do?
