What Causes Nasal Bleeding While On Xarelto, Theraflu And Nyquil?

hi I am currently on xarelto and I have a cold I starting drinking some Theraflu and had some Nyquil earlier today and when I blow my nose there is blood coming out of one nostril only for the past three hours. not dripping only when I blow with a small clot attached.

It is possible that the blood may be due to inflammation of the nostrils from the cold.
This is a common occurrence that would resolve with the infection.

Cough/cold can cause inflammation of the air passages.

Because you are on xarelto, you may need to contact your doctor if it continues or worsens. He or she may want to discontinue the xarelto temporarily.
